With a minimum of 3 years verifiable driving experience.
Valid CDL for Tractor Trailer
Clean MVR with No more than three (3) moving violations in the past 3 years, and no more than two (2) moving violations in the previous 12 months. (No DUI's) or other serious moving violations, along with acceptable CSA scores. A "serious or disqualifying traffic violation" includes the following:
Clean criminal background (no serious convictions)
Able to pass both drug/alcohol tests and able to obtain a DOT physical.
Must possess a nationwide cell phone, (preferably smartphone) with a camera will be used for communications, logs, tracking, capture documents, pictures of accidents, any damages, and equipment that you pick up with current damages already.
Able to stay out whenever how long you want, Any money for Insurance will be Deducted out of Reserves.
Able to block, brace, secure, tie down equipment and cargo in a safe and secure manner, and determine if the vehicle is safely loaded
Speak and read English well enough to do his or her job and respond to official questions
We are currently running paper logs but will be converting to "E-Logs" really soon. So driver must be fully efficient and understand how to properly and "legally" complete and stay in compliant with DOT log book preparation and tracking.
COMPANY DRIVER PAY
$25.00 Extra Pick/Drop Pay (after 1st stop or pickup)
$70.00 Short Haul 250 miles or less plus miles
2000-2500 Average Miles per Week
Detention Pay (Usually after 2 hours)
Loading and Unloading Pay (Lumper will be paid with EFS)
Weekly Payroll, Direct Deposit (Monday to Sunday)
Prepass/Ezpass for Weight Stations and Tolls
